2.0/ ALL visitors must be accompanied by an Oribi Vulture Viewing Hide (OVVH) representative at all times. The hide site is on private property and TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
3.0/ A min R250.00 deposit may be requested to secure the booking, with any balance payable in cash on the day. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
4.0/ Additional persons over & above the original booking will be charged at the current advertised daily rate. (See rates & bookings page)

5.0/ OVVH cannot guarantee that the weather conditions on the day or the activity of the birds is conducive for photography and therefore no refunds will be offered as a result.
6.0/ No refunds will be offered should visitors decide to leave before the allotted maximum duration of the visit.

8.0/ All visitors enter the property and use the bird hide and cliff vantage points at their own risk.

10.0/ All children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or an appointed guardian at all times.
11.0/ All visitors must keep noise levels to a minimum and act in a responsible manner at all times. (This is a very sensitive breeding site and we wish to keep disturbance to a minimum).
12.0/ All visitors must adhere to the requests of the appointed Oribi Vulture Viewing Hide representative at all times. Failure to do so may result in the individual being asked to vacate the property (no refund will be offered).
13.0/ All visitors agree not to disclose the specific location of the site in any form whatsover. (This is a sensitive conservation site).
14.0/ No fauna or flora is to be removed from the site at any time.
15.0/ No meat or other foodstuffs is to be fed to the vultures by visitors.
16.0/ No fires are permitted on the property at any time.
